Recommended dosage:

BRAINXPERT^™ Energy Complex should be taken twice per day, once in the morning and once in the afternoon, during a meal or with food intake.

(The recommended intake for First Use:
First week - Take half a sachet daily in the morning
Second week - Take half a sachet daily in both morning and afternoon
Third Week and thereafter - Take one sachet of daily in both morning and afternoon)

Directions for use:
BRAINXPERT^™ Energy Complex is simple to use! Pour one sachet of 25g into a least 100mL of liquid (water, milk, tea, etc) and stir until completely dissolved. It can also be mixed with food (yoghurt, congee etc).
